Smash the Cake

These sessions can be so much fun! It is such a joy to celebrate your baby's first birthday!

Some 1 year olds go big with smashing while others enjoy a little nibble. We can schedule the session for your baby's actual birthday,or about 2 weeks prior, so we can have the edited photos ready for their birthday. We can also do it earlier if you want to use these pictures for your 1st birthday party's invite.

When making a booking you can share your theme or colours that you have in mind, then we can plan the set-up. You provide the cake and outfit for your baby's photoshoot.

I can also source the cake & outfit at additional cost, if there is enough time prior to the session.

You can also have some family pictures added to your package. We will then do them before we smash the cake.

Birthday Parties, Baby Showers Etc.

I also photograph parties. I like to capture all your pretty décor and cakes. The groups of friends and family.

Photographing newborn babies is a real passion! While patience is the name of the game, it is really rewarding to capture these little ones while they are still so little!! These memories will warm your heart for ever!

I find it best to photograph newborns on about 7 days or earlier. The older babies get, the more they want to be awake, and the longer it takes to get them back to sleep. Sleeping newborn are most beautiful to photograph and the easiest too.
